Digital Products — No Refunds All digital products (toolkits, templates, prompt libraries, planners, and downloadable files) are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the file has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at greenflow0420@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Apparel — 30-Day Return Policy For physical apparel items, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at greenflow0420@gmail.com. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

Exchanges To exchange an apparel item, return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at greenflow0420@gmail.com.

EU Customers If your apparel order is shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day right of cancellation, no justification required, provided items are in original condition.
